As your memories of the day fade away it will be your wedding photos that will bring you right back to that very moment, now that's the best investment ever. Each and every wedding that I cover get's my full attention as I limit the amount of weddings I do throughout the year,

The initial meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other before the big day, and for me to show you some of my work and explain how I work. Its also the time for you to tell me what you are looking for from myself, and to ask any questions you want to.The meeting can take place at your home or at the venue you have chosen for your big day.

APPROACH & STYLE

My aim is to deliver a beautiful collection of bright wedding day images and most importantly a collection of MEMORIES!!.

When family and friends are together on occasions like this, special moments will happen that will create lasting memories. It is always the unexpected images that will become Favourites.

On your wedding day I like to blend in as if I was a guest as this will help me capture those special natural moments that you wouldn't normally see.

I like to have fun and interact with your guest throughout the day, this makes everyone more approachable when having their photos taken.

PRE-WEDDING SESSION

This is an important part of my wedding service. It is a fantastic chance for you to become familiar with being photographed by myself.

This will also help when it comes to the day as you should feel more relaxed being photographed. Once the images have been edited I will then give you a secure password protected on-line gallery, You can then choose the images that will then go into a wedding guest signing book (Ultimate package only)

This is a fantastic keep sake of your day and is included in the price.

All pre-wedding images will be supplied on the usb along with your wedding images that comes with your wedding album for both the Gold and Ultimate packages.

AFTER THE WEDDING

Once all the images have been edited, a secure online gallery will be ready with a unique password for you to use to view your images, you can pass on this password to family and friends if you wish. you will have four weeks to view these images. If you have an album included in your package, this is the place and time where you can choose the images you would like in that album. Once you have chosen those images I will arrange the album design and once complete I will send you a link to the album design for you to view ,once you have agreed with me everything is to your liking I will order the album. Once the album has been delivered to myself I will arrange to deliver the album to you in person within a 15mile radius of RG1, any address outside of this radius will require a courier delivery and postage will be charged accordingly. All my albums come with as standard a Linen or leatherette cover and with a lustre paper finish. and they also come with a matching presentation box with a usb. (Acrylic covers are available at an extra cost)

Delivery times for wedding albums is 6 to 8 weeks from the time of order dependent on time of year.

Any changes to the album layout will be done, and you will receive another link to the updated changes. A maximum of 2 changes to the album layout will be free of charge any further changes will be chargeable at £50 per layout change.

*The Micro wedding collection, For those who only wish to have a small intimate wedding with upto 25 guests.

*The gold collection is my most popular package which is supplied with a 10in x 10in album with your choice of wedding day images.

*The Ultimate collection is the all singing all dancing collection and also comes with a larger 12in x 12in album with your choice of images inside.

I highly Recommended a second photographer for weddings with 100+ guest, Or it is just really handy for grabbing extra angles or covering Groom preparation that are in a different location that would be too far for me to travel between.

This is an important part of my wedding service, If you are not very confident in front of a camera this is a must, we will spend an hour or so together just having a laugh and good time where I promise you will relax and find it less scary. It's a fantastic chance for you to become familiar with being photographed by myself. This will also help when it comes to your wedding day as you should feel more relaxed being photographed.

A guest signing book is a special memory from your big day where your guest will leave some amazing and special words.The images used in the signing book are those from your pre-wedding session.

WHAT IS A PRE-WEDDING SHOOT?

It’s a great way to feel more comfortable in front of the camera ready for your big day. We get to know each other more, this is the key factor to feeling relaxed on your big day. The images from this session can be used on your save the date cards, in your signing book or even your wedding invitations.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE?

I take as many as possible! I want to give you as many memories from the day as I can. Depending on the package you choose depends on how many you will receive. if you have a second photographer you will receive more images of the day.

WHAT IS THE BOOKING FEE?

The booking fee is 25% of whichever package you choose, and this secures your day in my diary, which means that date is no longer available to anyone else. The Remainder of the balance is then due 6 weeks before your date.

The Micro wedding package requires a 50% Deposit.

CAN I HAVE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Yes you can. I have a number of experienced second shooters that I like to use. I would highly recommend one if you have a large wedding (100+ guests), for groom preparations at another location, capturing different angles, or to just to capture more wedding memories!

HOW AND WHEN DO WE SEE OUR IMAGES?

A sneaky peak of 1 or 2 images is provided within 72 hours, The rest of the gallery is then edited and once Finished they will be uploaded to my website to a secure gallery (password protected). This where you choose your images for your album.

HOW DO WE BOOK?

WHAT IS A MICRO WEDDING?

A micro wedding typically involves a much small number of guest, Normally with fewer than 30 guest consisting of immediate family and a few close friends.
